Ms. Maria has an MBA, a Master in ECE and over 15 years of experience working with young children ages 0-7 years old. Maria has highly accomplished leadership experience with reputable organizations that enable her to drive the success of the organization.

Ms. Ashley is from DC and brings to MESAC a CDA, First Aid & CPR credentials and 3 years of experience working in the early childhood field. Ms. Ashley recently graduated with a a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Cybersecurity at Virginia Tech and works remotely supporting all technical needs for MESAC.

Mr. Jesus has a CDA, and an AA in ECE and 20 years of experience working with young children. Mr. Jesus assists all teachers with developing lesson plans, child assessment and professional development.

Ms. Erika has an AA in ECE, a CDA credential, First Aid and CPR certification, and brings to MESAC over 10 years of experience working with young children and managing administrative and coordination projects.

Ms. Evelyn is originally from Guatemala and brings to MESAC a CDA, first aid & CPR credentials, and three years of experience working with young children. Ms. Evelyn is currently pursuing an AA in ECE from the University of Potomac and is expected to graduate in 2027. Ms. Evelyn has been with MESAC since 2023.

Ms. Rosa, from Peru, brings a wealth of experience to MESAC, with a CDA credential, First Aid and CPR certification, and six years of experience working with young children. Ms. Rosa has been with MESAC since 2020.

Ms. Daniela is originally from Mexico and brings to MESAC an AA in ECE from UDC, a CDA, first aid & CPR credentials, and five years of experience working with young children. Ms. Daniela has been with MESAC since 2025.

Ms. Jessica is from El Salvador and brings to MESAC a CDA, first aid & CPR credentials and 3 years of experience working with young children. Ms. Jessica has been with MESAC since 2023.

Ms. Stephany is originally from Venezuela and brings to MESAC a CDA, first aid & CPR credentials, and one year of experience working with young children. Currently working on the AA in ECE from the University of Potomac. Ms. Stephany has been with MESAC since 2024.

Ms. Marina, originally from El Salvador, brings four years of experience in early childhood education to MESAC. She holds a CDA credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR.

Adriana Soto
MESAC II - Assistant Director
Ms. Adriana has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2021, gaining experience in the development of children ages 3 months to 5 years old. In addition, she has taken on management and leadership projects, excelling in her role as Assistant Director at MESAC II. She brings to MESAC II a BA in ECE, a CDA, and First Aid & CPR credentials.

Maricel Illeras is originally from Colombia and is a caring and dedicated early childhood educator. She enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences through play, curiosity, and exploration while supporting each child’s individual growth and development.
Maricel holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of the Potomac. She also holds a CDA Credential and CPR certification. In Colombia, she studied as a Nursing Assistant and completed studies in Health Administration.
She is committed to providing a nurturing and responsive environment where young children feel safe, cared for, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Wendy Ponce is originally from Honduras and is a friendly, respectful, and caring early childhood educator who enjoys guiding children through meaningful learning experiences. Wendy holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and CPR certification, supporting her professional preparation in early childhood education. She is committed to creating a respectful and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Yanet Nataren is originally from Honduras and has a strong background in the field of education. She completed her professional training as an Elementary Education Teacher in her country and has dedicated several years to working with children with commitment and responsibility.
She also holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is CPR certified, which supports her ability to provide a safe and structured learning environment. Yanet is known for being calm, patient, and caring, with a genuine vocation for working with young children.
She is committed to supporting each child’s academic, social, and emotional development by creating a respectful, nurturing, and well-structured classroom where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.

Dalila Cruz is originally from El Salvador and is a caring, dedicated, and responsible early childhood educator. She enjoys supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop new skills while creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment.
Dalila holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is certified in CPR and First Aid. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC).
As a Mobile Teacher, Dalila brings patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude to the different classrooms she supports. She values building meaningful relationships with children and contributing to their development and well-being.

VALERIA CUESTA

Toddlers I Teacher
Valeria Cuesta is originally from Colombia and is dedicated to the field of early childhood education. She works closely with children between the ages of 1 and 3, focusing on supporting their motor, social-emotional, and creative development through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication from her home country and has earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, along with CPR certification. Valeria brings strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep commitment to safety and quality into the classroom.
She is known for creating a nurturing and supportive environment where young children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow with confidence.

Roxana Lainez is originally from El Salvador and is a cheerful, caring, and dedicated early childhood educator. She enjoys supporting children’s learning and development while creating positive experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence.
Roxana holds an Associate of Arts in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K–Grade 3) from the University of the District of Columbia. She also holds a CDA Credential and First Aid and CPR certifications. She is committed to creating a welcoming and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they learn, grow, and develop new skills.

Toddlers II Teacher
María de los Ángeles Chacón Segura is originally from Cuba and serves with dedication and passion in the field of early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, as well as a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, and is CPR & First Aid certified. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education to continue strengthening her professional growth.
María is known for being responsible, patient, and caring, with a strong commitment to supporting young children in their overall development. She creates a nurturing and positive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn, fostering their confidence, independence, and emotional growth.

Gladis Ondina Amador is originally from Honduras and is a caring, responsible, and dedicated educator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade with a concentration in Agroindustry and previously worked as a university professor in Honduras for three years.
After continuing her education in the United States, Gladis earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR.
As a Toddler 2 Teacher, Gladis is passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning and development. She believes in teaching with love, consistency, and care while creating a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow.

JUDITHZA RUIZ

Judithza Ruiz is originally from Peru and is deeply passionate about the field of early childhood education. She specializes in working with infants and toddlers, supporting their emotional development and helping them move from expressing basic feelings to understanding more complex emotions like empathy and confidence.
She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, is CPR certified, and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of the Potomac. Judithza is committed to creating safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments where young children feel supported as they grow and learn.
She is recognized for her dedication, patience, and ability to foster strong emotional foundations in children, promoting their sense of security, self-confidence, and overall well-being.

Tania Estrada is originally from Mexico and is passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning, growth, and development.
She has experience in early childhood education and a background in general nursing, which has provided her with valuable knowledge in health, safety, care, and overall well-being. Tania is patient, responsible, creative, and caring, and enjoys creating meaningful experiences where children can explore, learn, and feel safe.
She is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Education with a concentration in Infants and Toddlers at the University of the District of Columbia Community College (UDC-CC). She also holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and is certified in First Aid and CPR.
Her goal is to create a loving and supportive classroom where every child feels valued, confident, and encouraged to learn and grow.

Ms. Darly is originally from Guatemala and brings to MESAC a CDA credential, First Aid & CPR certification, and 2 years of experience working in the early childhood field. Ms. Darly is currently pursuing an AA in ECE from UDC and expects to graduate in 2027.
Ms. Darly enjoys working with children because she feels she can contribute to their development by sharing my knowledge with love, patience, and dedication.

She is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Potomac University and expects to graduate in 2026.
Ms. Marisol believes that cultivating long-lasting experiences in the children's lives, will leave the greatest impact for their future.
